our recent stay in playa del ingles was made even better by the incredible Relaxia bungalows. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The newly renovated apartments were spacious, clean, and had a lovely garden. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, while still being close to all the restaurants and shops. A special thanks to Michael for making our stay unforgettable.

as stated above. i had a bad experience with apt staff as they would not let me into the hotel one night even though i showed my key so i waited outside for two hours nearly getting beat up for 5 euro by a passer by. eventually the next reception staff was on duty and knew me from the apt and let me in without a full appolagie. would be great to hear back from you or i will have to take this matter further. thank you for your time.

Very good location and very comfortable small bungalows.

We had an amazing stay at these bungalows. the central location was perfect, as we were just minutes away from restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the bungalows were incredibly quiet and provided a relaxing environment. the spacious layout and cleanliness of the bungalows exceeded our expectations. the staff, especially Michael, were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and the on-site café, which catered to all our needs. Cons: Not one thing 🙌😊.

I just had a fantastic stay at Relaxia Los Girasoles Bungalows. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and the Yumbo Centre. The bungalow was clean and well-maintained, with friendly housekeeping staff who ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The reception and security staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. We enjoyed our terrace/garden with all-day sun, and the complex was quiet and peaceful. a great experience!

Nothing, it is perfect.

I recently stayed at Relaxia Los Girasoles Bungalows in Playa del Ingles for a business trip that was arranged by my director. The hotel offered several features that enhanced my stay. I enjoyed spending time in the pool which provided a fun and refreshing way to relax after a long day of work. the aparthotel had an outdoor pool where I could indulge in recreational activities. I had the opportunity to experience the pampering treatments at the aparthotel's full-service spa, which added an extra level of relaxation to my stay. Lastly, the presence of a hot tub allowed me to unwind and enjoy moments of tranquility.

During my stay, I had one minor issue.

The bungalow at Relaxia Los Girasoles was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely lounge area and a satellite TV for some laid-back evenings. The kitchenette was handy, equipped with all the necessary appliances, so I could prepare simple meals and save some money. As a low-budget traveler, this place was a great find!

The only downside for me was the lack of a toaster in the kitchenette. But hey, it's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others won't mind it at all.

The bottom half of the door into the bungalow was clear glass, which lacked privacy. the bathroom became uncomfortably hot if we closed the door while using it.

I had a great time at the bungalows! The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was perfect, close to the Yumbo Centre, supermarkets, and the Red Cow restaurant. And I can't forget to mention the adorable family of cats that live on the complex!

I chose Relaxia Los Girasoles Bungalows because I wanted to visit Aqualand Maspalomas very much. The staff in this hotel pleasantly surprised me with their ability to speak English, German, and Spanish. Also, the location of the hotel is fantastic as it is less than 10 minutes on foot from both the sandy beach and the lively city centre. I enjoyed exploring the restaurants serving delicious seafood and the bars for post-meal drinks. The onsite poolside bar provided a perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing cocktail or juice.

Sky-high Wi-Fi prices, no reception at the bungalow. Limited English TV channels.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the vibrant Yumbo Centre for nightlife and it is also within walking distance to the beach. The bungalows are functional and clean, with friendly cleaning staff.

Some bungalows lack privacy and overlook the main road, which can be noisy.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was modern and had a nice bathroom and a good TV with plenty of channels. The location was perfect, close to the Yumbo centre and within walking distance to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries we had.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a more authentic English breakfast, without the hot dog German sausage.

We had a great experience staying at this bungalow. It had a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the Yumbo centre. the other residents mostly consisted of Scandinavian senior citizens who kept to themselves, which suited us perfectly. the nights were extraordinarily quiet, likely because most residents were tucked up in bed by 10pm. the bungalow itself was impeccably clean, with modern amenities such as decent cooking facilities, comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. It had everything we needed for a sunny week or two away. We didn't use the pool as we preferred heading to the beach, but it looked reasonable. we highly recommend this establishment and are already planning to return next year. Our score would be 9.
